helpful staff easy access good location small room musty smell difficult parking
the staff was helpful and answered all my questions. i found easy access and parking near the facility. the location is great, close to local shops.
The room was a bit small and had a musty smell. there was a fan for cooling, and it was quite necessary.

The room was quite spacious. It included a comfortable bed. The location of the hotel was a very short walk from the seafront. Breakfast was served to us. It tasted freshly cooked.
The car park was full throughout my stay. Finding on-street parking nearby proved difficult. The bathroom needed better cleaning. I found mold on the shower rubber and grout.

stale room difficult parking
the room smelled stale and felt quite small. a fan was there to help with cooling. i found parking quite difficult i had to search for a space and felt lucky when it was reasonably close

friendly staff cooked breakfast
I found the staff very friendly. they allowed me to check in early and helped with questions. the room was a good size. The bedding was clean. i also slept well. the bar had plenty of seating areas. the breakfast included cereal, fruit juice and pastries. i ordered a full english and toast.
Some bulbs in the light fitting near the bed were not working. That was a slight inconvenience. it would be nice to have had two bedside tables. the shower fixings could use some attention, and the seals showed slight mold.
